If you’re looking for a true weight training program to help you thrive during pregnancy, this is it! I’ve spent the majority of my pregnancy designing this guide to help other moms feel just as powerful as I have during the entire nine months. 

Because pregnancy isn’t a limitation—it’s an opportunity to move in a way that supports both you and your baby.

This 40-week strength training program is designed to help you safely lift weights throughout all three trimesters, maintain pelvic stability, and prepare your body for labor.

My goal is to help you feel confident, safe, and strong while you train during this unique phase of life and never have to second-guess your workouts or wonder if you’re doing the right thing for your body and baby.

✔️ Home & Gym Programs – Train with confidence wherever you feel most comfortable

• Equipment needed for the home program: You'll need dumbbells, mini and long resistance bands, a chair or bench, a birth exercise ball, and a pilates ball. Optional items include a yoga block and a yoga mat. Get my home bundle HERE!
