I wasn’t a fitness fanatic growing up. When I was 18, I led a very unhealthy lifestyle. I was drinking alcohol regularly, partying and going out every weekend.
It was at the age of 24 that I started working out in the gym and began to educate myself about nutrition.
I soon got addicted to the results that came along with my new lifestyle. My body was changing quickly and I couldn’t wait to go to the gym everyday!
